Returns and Exchanges
We thank you for purchasing from us Country Tourin Co.
Our return policy is you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange of product.
For your return to be accepted, it must be in the same condition to when you received it. This means it is unworn/unused. A proof of purchase is also required, this being your order number.
To begin the return process, please fill the form out below including reason for return and order number in the message box. Alternatively you can send us an email to countrytourinco@gmail.com.
You’ll be notified via email if your return has been accepted to which you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item/s you are returning.
We will not accept returns that are sent to us without being requested or approved first, therefore your refund/exchange will not be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We may not have your exchange size/style in stock, this may cause delays in your return. You will be notified if this is the case.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your statements.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items and accessories.
